Welcome to the Introduction to Animal Flow for beginners
This intro is the first class of a serie that is designed to guide you through learning the Animal Flow practice in a systematic way.
In this class you will learn the following movements:
BASE POSITIONS:
1/ Ape base 2/ Beast Base 3/ Loaded Beast Base 4/ Crab Base
FORM SPECIFIC STRETCHES 1/ Crab Reach 2/ Loaded Beast – Unload
SWITCHES AND TRANSITIONS 1/ Underswitch 2/ Side Kickthrough 3/ Front Step
At the end of the class, you'll learn and perform multiple rounds of this Flow:
Set Crab LL Underswitch RL Side Kickthrough RL Underswitch Set Loaded Beast RL Front Step Return to Loaded Beast Set Beast LL Underswitch
