What is the beginner class?
Beginner class is a one hour long class where you’ll be introduced to the basic moves and then learn how to link them together in beautiful and challenging flows.
This class will be taught in English and french, by certified Animal flow instructor Stephan Giunta.
The class is open to any fitness level, as we welcome everyone interested in becoming a better mover.
What is “Animal flow”?
It is a ground based movement system, made fun, challenging and highly effective.
It involves a series of fluid, animal-like movements from various disciplines, such as yoga, gymnastics, parkour or even capoeira.
Movements are first learned then performed in sequence to create a workout that is intended to improve strength, power flexibility, mobility, coordination and functional movement patterns for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
